Light Up Motion Reactive Hat

I've been busy lately, but this one was for a friend - could not resist!

Hopefully I'll get around to posting a little tutorial on how to build this soon, but the gist is that you put a few Adafruit LED strands in a fuzzy animal hat and drive it with an Arduino Mini.
